Rodney Simon is a second-generation home builder with over 25 years of experience. Rodney’s Father, Larry, immigrated to this country and quickly became a painting contractor for many of the fine homes and apartment complexes throughout Northeast Ohio. Larry then transitioned into becoming strictly a custom home builder. After learning at his Father’s side as a youngster and graduating from The Ohio State University in 1989, Rodney joined his Father in the home building business. Rodney has since expanded the company by not only doing custom homes, but has added remodeling and renovations, additions, construction management, and commercial construction.
